That determination will need to be made by the installer after careful inspection of existing wiring.
We can match our warranty to meet the specific needs of a particular project. This can range from 5 years to 25 years depending on a variety of factors. Simply let us know what your requirements are and we will provide you with what you need.
If it is a retrofit job with just fixtures, you will need a single fork lift to remove the pallets from the truck. If you want to use a pallet jack, we can arrange to have the materials delivered with a lift gate. Poles arrive in a container and require two fork lifts to properly remove them.

CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS

We can provide two different types of poles:

  1. Concrete-base: We will provide an engineer-stamped drawing of the base designed for local conditions. In addition, we will provide anchor bolts and a bolt pattern.

  2. Steel-base: This uses a bitumen-coated steel shaft that is buried in the ground. The next section of pole is “slip-fitted” over the extended portion. We will provide an engineer-stamped drawing of the hole requirements based on local conditions.
For new pole installations, we will provided pre-wired cross-arms and complete wiring harnesses that extend the length of the poles. For retrofits, we can quote and provide SJOOW cables for each fixture that includes an IP-68 quick connect that attaches to the whip on the fixture.

We make every effort to have all items including the fixtures, wiring harnesses and poles arrive on site at the same time. We can also work with the installers to have some items arrive at different times to better fit their schedules.
